The MRX1 from DS18 is the ultimate all-in-one head unit for boats and yachts that value premium sound, durability, and ease of use.
This powerful device was specifically designed for use on the water and can withstand even the harshest conditions. With IP65 water resistance, UV protection, salt spray shielding, and a special conformal coating, the MRX1 is ideally suited for marine use. An additional silicone cover protects the device when not in use.
Thanks to Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity, you can wirelessly connect your smartphone or any other Bluetooth-enabled device and play your favorite music directly through the MRX1 head unit. Enjoy precise sound control with individually adjustable bass, treble, balance, fading, equalizer (EQ), volume, and subwoofer crossover settings. Choose from preset EQ modes such as FLAT, POP, ROCK, and CLASSICAL, or deactivate the EQ for a personalized sound experience.
The MRX1 features a built-in AM/FM radio receiver, so you can enjoy your favorite stations anytime—perfect for long boat trips. CT synchronization also enables automatic time adjustment via radio frequencies, ensuring the time is always accurate.
With its extensive connectivity options, the MRX1 can be easily integrated into existing audio systems. Three high-quality outputs (front, rear, and subwoofer) allow for the connection of additional speakers or amplifiers. The USB port not only serves for music playback but also reliably charges your device with a 2A charging current.
With an impedance of 4 ohms, the MRX1 delivers 4x15W RMS, while at 2 ohms it achieves 4x20W RMS – for a powerful onboard sound experience. The 4V preamp outputs ensure excellent sound quality and provide the necessary voltage for optimal audio performance.
