1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with boote-und-meer.de.
By placing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
If you use an instant payment system (e.g. PayPal (Express/Plus/Checkout), Sofort, giropay, Klarna) as your payment method, you will either be taken to the order overview page in our online shop or redirected to the website of the provider of the instant payment system.
If you are redirected to the respective instant payment system, make the appropriate selections or enter your data there. Finally, the order details will be displayed as an order overview on the instant payment system provider's website or after you have been redirected back to our online shop.
Before submitting your order, you have the opportunity to review the details in the order overview, change them (also using the “back” function of your internet browser) or cancel the order.
By submitting the order via the corresponding button (“order with payment”, “buy” / “buy now”, “order with payment”, “pay” / “pay now” or similar designation), you declare your legally binding acceptance of the offer, whereby the contract is concluded.

4. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. Further details regarding applicable shipping costs can be found in the individual offers.
We only ship by mail. Unfortunately, pickup is not possible.
5. Payment methods
(1) The customer can choose between several payment methods. These are listed on a correspondingly linked subpage and displayed for selection during the ordering process. If additional costs are incurred for certain payment methods, these will be detailed on the correspondingly linked subpage.
(2) In the case of advance payment methods, the goods will be delivered after the provider has received payment.
6. Right of withdrawal
If, after the conclusion of a purchase contract, the provider encounters delivery difficulties such that the provider itself cannot be supplied in a timely manner in terms of type and quantity, the provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. The above applies only if the provider is not responsible for the non-delivery, in particular if the provider has concluded a hedging transaction in a timely manner to fulfill its contractual obligations and has informed the affected customers immediately. In such a case, the provider will immediately refund any services already provided by the customer.
